Is there music?

Yes, the bus has a full entertainment system with options for Bluetooth or AUX input.

Age Requirements?

​

We prefer all riders to be 21+ if alcohol is being served on the bus. Please contact us for exceptions involving anyone under 21 before booking. 

​

Is there a deposit?

 

A $100 deposit is required for bookings over 7 days away from your tour. If less than 7 days, full payment is required.

Where do we meet?

 

Downtown tours meet outside Sambuca in the Gulch (601 12th Ave S)

​

Can I tip the crew?

 

Tips are not required but greatly appreciated. 

​

Is there a cancellation policy?

 

You must cancel within 2 weeks for a full refund

​

How much does it cost?

 

In-town tours are $275 an hour with a 3hr min. (up to 20 people) $25 per person over (up to 25)

Do you have availability for my day?

 

All bookings for Downtown Nashville tours must be done through the "Book Now" button. Once you click, you will be able to view our live calendar with all dates and times available listed. Please email Scottio@nitetraincoach.com for custom tour availability 

 

Where do we go?

Downtown Nashville tours will stay within a 5mi radius. We will drive around town to any requested areas the bus is capable of going. Photo and Bar stops are welcome!

Do we bring our own booze?

 

Yes, please limit to only cans and plastic cups

​

Do you provide ice?

 

Yes, there are two large ice coolers on the bus

Can I add additional guest after I book?

 

Yes, each additional guest must be added prior to arrival
